Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the site qorvixa.one and downloading our themes or UI starter kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Scope of the Usage License
Acquiring one of our themes or subscription plans grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable usage license. The scope of the license depends on the chosen plan:
Use limited to one (1) active Shopify store. Lifetime license with no recurring fees.
Use on 3 active stores simultaneously. 5 theme downloads per month. Active subscription required to keep licenses active.
Use on 15 active stores simultaneously. 20 theme downloads per month. Active subscription required to keep licenses active.
• When your monthly subscription ends or is cancelled, the usage of the store under this subscription license is suspended. To continue running your store with our themes, you must maintain your subscription or pay the individual theme purchase price (lifetime license).
• When downloading without an active subscription (individual theme purchase), you enjoy a lifetime usage license with no recurring fees.
It is strictly forbidden to: sub-license, resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the theme files, modified or unmodified, to third parties without our prior written consent.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access theme downloads and manage your license keys, you must create a secure user account (powered by Supabase authentication). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your sole responsibility.
4. Store Verification & License API
Our themes integrate a remote verification system. When you configure your license key inside your Shopify theme settings, the Qorvixa API automatically registers the associated domain. If the store quota is exceeded or if the domain is not registered in your customer workspace, access to theme features may be suspended or show a warning banner.
5. Billing & Stripe Processing
Financial transactions and subscriptions are handled securely by our payment processor partner, Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment details and settle all fees associated with your subscribed plans. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at standard rates at the end of each billing period unless cancelled via your Stripe billing portal.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (source files available for download immediately upon purchase), no refunds or exchanges can be issued once the ZIP file download has started, in accordance with standard digital goods consumer protection policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our themes are provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Qorvixa be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our themes, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
