1. Personal Data Collection

We collect personal information only when it is necessary to provide you with our services (account creation, theme downloads, support contact). The data collected includes:

• Email address and username.
• Download history and subscribed plans.
• Information voluntarily shared during support requests (support ticket).

2. License Verification & Store Analytics

To ensure compliance with our usage quotas per license, our system automatically records and stores the following data:

• The Shopify store domain name on which the key is active (e.g. my-store.myshopify.com or www.my-store.com).
• First activation date and last validation request timestamp.
• The version of the Qorvixa theme currently in use.

This data is exclusively used for fraud prevention and technical management of licenses. We do not collect any data regarding the end customers of your store or your sales volume.

3. Payment Security via Stripe

All credit card payment details are securely processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS level 1 certified payment service provider. Qorvixa does not store or have access to your credit card numbers or sensitive banking details.

4. Data Storage & Security

Qorvixa databases are hosted on secure, encrypted servers provided by Supabase. We implement strict security standards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or data leaks. Account data is retained as long as your account remains active or until you request deletion.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential technical cookies to keep you logged into the customer dashboard and preserve your preferences (such as light/dark mode). We do not use any third-party advertising tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights & GDPR Compliance

In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access and information regarding how your data is used.
• Right to rectify or update your data.
• Right to permanent deletion of your data (right to be forgotten).
